PAYMENT, CHECK IN, CHECK OUT, PETS ETC.:

Payment: 50 % at the time of booking, the rest 15 days before arrival.
Upon arrival you pay a 400 EUR guarantee deposit which is returned at check out if there is no damage to the utilities/furniture.
Tourist tax included in the price.
Tourist declaration fee: 1.10 EUR per person to be paid upon arrival.
Pets: 15 EUR per day.
Check in: on Saturdays after 17:00 (5:00 PM).
Check out: on Saturdays before 10:00 (10:00 AM).
Bedding change: on Saturdays, included in the price.
Swimming pool maintenance and gardening: every day, included in the price.
Water, electricity and gas are included in the price.
